Shipments

Packages are SHIPPED within 2 working days maximum (usually the next working day) after receipt of your payment.

Orders are shipped via Colissimo International with tracking and against signature, usually DELIVERED after 2 full working days for FRANCE (continental France), 3-7 working days for the rest of Europe and around 8-10 working days for the US or CANADA.

The parcels are properly packaged to protect the lamps and tubes. All are wrapped in black plastic film, sealed and discrete (no external information on the product).

Returns

Product returns are allowed withinn 7 days after product is received with no justifications.
Please ask for a product return code on contact@solarmeter.fr.

Warranty

All our products have a 1 year warranty.
Products will be replaced or repaired.
